Awards are based on a specific research proposal in the Natural Sciences and Engineering involving student, faculty supervisor and collaborating company. All applications require university endorsement and signed commitment from the sponsoring company. Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents of Canada and International Students. This program replaces the NSERC IPS held in Quebec universities.
Minimum $21,000 per year at the Master's level for up to two years and $27,000 per year at the Doctoral level for up to three years. The sponsoring company's contribution is a minimum of one third of the value.
