Established in 2006 through a partnership with the Department of Art History and Communication Studies and the Canadian Centre for Architecture, we can offer up to four one-month fellowships to cover research in the CCA's extensive holdings. Doctoral students in Art History or Communication Studies who have passed their comprehensive exams (Art History) or passed their prospectus (Communication Studies).
Fellows will be expected to work full-time on their research at the CCA during the period of their fellowship. The CCA will provide the student with access to their collections and staff, and space to conduct their work. Each year the department will offer up to a total of $8,000 in grant money.
