This Department contributes to the multidisciplinary curriculum components of Basis of Medicine and Back to Basics.

Other Courses

The Department offers a range of courses at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels. These are part of undergraduate Faculty, Majors and Honours programs, leading to a B.Sc. in Physiology, as well as the Major Programs in Physiology and Physics, and Physiology and Mathematics, and the Interdepartmental Honours Immunology Program. In addition, the Department is involved in the teaching and administration of the Major Concentration in Biomedical Sciences option of the B.A. & Sc. degree. A number of graduate level courses are also offered. The Department is well equipped for graduate research leading to the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees, and is a participant in McGill's M.D./Ph.D. Program.
